Winner of several awards of excellence, Dora Boulangerie Artisanale offers local delicacies featuring handmade products in the best Quebec traditions, with a contemporary twist.

Dora has managed to preserve the original recipes of its founder, Madame Aldora Bolduc, in order to make fresh, handmade products every day using high-quality, local ingredients whenever possible.

Our shop offers more than 250 products, including baked goods, pastries, and meals prepared with local ingredients, as well as a wide variety of local delicacies. Everything you need, from breakfast to dinner, for a gourmet table!

Our delicacies are presented in a store that was once the small Eastman schoolhouse. The building still retains its old charm from 1876.
