The 211 service provides information on and referrals to community, public, and parapublic services. It has been implemented in the Capitale Nationale and Chaudière-Appalaches regions, the Haute-Yamaska RCM, and the greater Montreal area.
The 211 service is currently helping crisis management teams in a number of cities provide information on COVID-19.

The Elder Mistreatment Helpline is a provincial phone line designed to help seniors who are experiencing abuse, particularly within the health and social services network.

FCAAP represents all CAAPs (Centres d’assistance et d’accompagnement aux plaintes), which assist and support people who wish to file a complaint with a health and social services agency or institution. An assigned CAAP advisor supports people throughout the complaint process.
