Réseau FADOQ is the largest seniors network in Canada with nearly 525,000 members, 701 clubs, 16 regional groups, and nearly 4,700 volunteer boards members. With a long and successful history that spans half a century, the network is just as vital as ever, especially given the aging population in Quebec.

Our mission
Réseau FADOQ brings together and represents people age 50 and over, with the goal of maintaining and improving their quality of life. The network defends and promotes their rights, celebrates their contributions to society, and provides support with programs, services, and leisure, cultural, sports, and outdoor activities.

The collective strength of seniors in Laval
Over 12,500 members l 2 clubs
FADOQ – Région Laval was founded in 1972 and has over 12,500 members, including 900 in two affiliated clubs.
Since 1972, FADOQ – Région Laval has worked tirelessly to defend seniors’ rights and help the underprivileged. It has also developed a wide range of services, programs, and sports and leisure activities that help make aging a healthy and fulfilling part of life.
The network also provides a wide range of discounts and benefits that help members make ends meet and enjoy the little things. No wonder more and more seniors are signing up!
