How to use your discount?
• Please note that a reservation is required for all our cruises, and that the FADOQ discount cannot be applied to an already confirmed reservation;
• Purchase by phone: contact our ticketing team at 1 888 4BATEAU and mention your FADOQ member number at the time of purchase;
• On-site purchase: go to the MacPherson dock ticket office (Pointe Merry) during opening hours with your membership card in hand;
• Don’t forget to bring your FADOQ card on the day of the cruise, one of our agents will validate the FADOQ discount with you.
