Learn the essentials: the history of SUP, the right equipment, safety rules, and paddling techniques in calm water. Through hands-on exercises, you’ll develop your balance and stability so you can paddle with ease.
On the agenda: standing up, mastering your balance, learning how to fall and get back on the board, perfecting your paddling strokes, and understanding how to use safety equipment.
Prerequisite: Must know how to swim
