As part of its activities, FADOQ negotiates partnerships to offer its members discounts and benefits. For over 30 years, FADOQ has maintained close ties with its partners Intact Insurance Company Inc. and Beneva Inc. (Major Partners) in order to provide its members with attractive offers and conditions.
To benefit from attractive offers and conditions for the services offered by its Major Partners, FADOQ provides them with a limited amount of your personal information enabling them to contact you, i.e., your name, mailing address, and telephone number.
FADOQ takes reasonable measures with its Major Partners to ensure that the personal information disclosed is adequately protected in accordance with applicable laws.
Unless you withdraw your consent, it remains valid for as long as you are a member of FADOQ. You may withdraw your consent at any time by completing the Cancellation notice or by contacting FADOQ at info@fadoq.ca.
6. RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION
The privacy officer will keep, in the site’s computer systems and under reasonable security conditions, all personal information collected for as long as necessary to accomplish the purposes described above, or as required by applicable law, in particular the time to comply with our legal obligations and fulfill our contracts with our clients and partners.
