Individuals aged 50 and over who want active lifestyles, to meet other people and experience new things will undoubtedly find what they’re looking for in the FADOQ. He/it gets over 70,000 people to be physicaly active every week.
FADOQ works hard to educate, train, and equip its members in all spheres of their lives. It shares information at workshops, online, in concise articles and up-to-date fact sheets, and more. We believe all seniors should get informed!
The FADOQ – Région Outaouais seniors association has over 23,000 members. The mission of our provincial network is to bring together and represent people age 50 and over and substantially improve their quality of life.
Réseau FADOQ has been combating loneliness and fostering active aging among seniors for almost 50 years. It defends and promotes the rights of seniors and celebrates their contributions to society.
Staying physically and mentally active is key to healthy aging. That’s why our organization offers a wide range of physical, sports, cultural, and socio-educational activities.
