Réseau FADOQ is the largest seniors network in Canada with 550,000 members, 705 clubs, 16 regional groups, and some 17,000 volunteers. With a long and successful history that spans half a century, the network is just as vital as ever, especially given the aging population in Quebec.

Our mission
Réseau FADOQ brings together and represents people age 50 and over, with the goal of maintaining and improving their quality of life. The network defends and promotes their rights, celebrates their contributions to society, and provides support with programs, services, and leisure, cultural, sports, and outdoor activities.

FADOQ – Région Saguenay – Lac-Saint-Jean – Ungava
The regional network was founded in 1970 under the name Conseil régional de l’âge d’or. Its first chair was Antonio Jauvin. It currently has over 25,000 members.
Its main activities and programs include Salon 50+, Jeux FADOQ, the Senior-Aware program, the Employeur dépassez vos limites program, the quality of life program, activities, travel, bicycle excursions for people age 50 and over, training sessions, talks, support, and à la carte benefits for members.
