FADOQ keeps members up to date on everything that happens across the network. It also lets them know about the work it does to improve their quality of life, including briefs, advocacy, news, editorials, publications, and more.
Individuals aged 50 and over who want active lifestyles, to meet other people and experience new things will undoubtedly find what they’re looking for in the Réseau FADOQ. He/it gets over 70,000 people to be physicaly active every week.

As every year, the Grande Marche FADOQ-GÎM is back, this time in the enchanting setting of L’Estran, specifically in Grande-Vallée. We will be welcomed by the local Club Roch-Fournier.

In an effort to be eco-friendly, we encourage carpooling to the event. Financial incentives (gas cards) will be given to participants who respond positively to this request. Please inform a FADOQ-GÎM representative upon your arrival on site. A $10 gas card for a trip between 50 and 149 km and a $15 card for a trip of 150 km or more.
The activity offers 3 courses, each more interesting than the last, adapted to your physical condition. Our faithful partner, the SIA Hiking Club, will be there to assist you with helpful advice. You can choose between three different levels:
Route 1 – EASY: The Urban Circuit (3 km)
Starting at Esdras-Minville Space, this circuit takes Rue du Vieux Pont to cross the Galipeau Bridge and continues along the promenade to return to the starting point.
Route 2 – INTERMEDIATE: The Gisant Trail (4 km)
From Esdras-Minville Space to the Grande-Vallée wharf, this route follows the shore to the Gisant, then climbs to the rest area at the top of the village via a staircase (212 steps over 150 m). Return to the starting point by the same path.
Route 3 – ADVANCED: The SIA Trail from Petite-Vallée Marina to Grande-Vallée (9 km)
Starting from Esdras-Minville Space, participants are taken by bus to Petite-Vallée Marina. From there, the route follows the shore to Grande-Vallée, returning to the meeting place at Espace Esdras-Minville.
