Every spring, the Regional Games bring together more than 9,000 competitors aged 50 and older in over twenty sports.
In addition to enjoying a stimulating and friendly experience, participants have the opportunity to qualify for the FADOQ Provincial Games and, in some cases, for the Canada Games 55+.
FADOQ also offers its members the opportunity to compete at a higher level by representing Quebec at the Canada Games 55+.
The next Canada Games 55+ will be held August 21–24, 2028, in Regina, Saskatchewan. We will keep you informed about qualification and participation requirements as soon as new information becomes available.
